[The problem of oil pollution on the surface of the conductor in the production of ACSR] The ACSR used for overhead transmission lines is often questioned by customers or even returned due to surface quality problems. This phenomenon is mainly produced in the wire drawing process. The main reasons are as follows: (1) The size of the finished wire drawing die is too large, the compression is relatively small, and the working area of the wire drawing die is short, which is not enough to remove the oil on the surface of the wire; (2) The temperature of the lubricating grease is too low, the viscosity is large, and it is not easy to play, resulting in the wire drawing oil adhering to the surface of the aluminum wire; (3) The wire-wiping felt at the outlet of the finished mold is too dirty; (4) Stranding, stranding machine body or traction wheel is too dirty; (5) There is too much water under the traction wheel. In view of the above reasons, in order to avoid the generation of oil stains on the surface of the wire, the appropriate wire drawing die should be selected during wire drawing, and the temperature of lubricating grease should be adjusted; the wire wiping felt should be replaced frequently, and the wire equipment and die should be kept clean and free of oil stains during wire twisting.
